Trunk or Treat to Take Place October 28th

Gannon University students are sponsoring the annual 'Trunk or Treat' event for youth in our area. This fun event will take place in the POP parking lot on October 28th from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.

Parishioners can join in the fun by signing up to decorate their trunk or gulf cart for candy distribution. 

Prince of Peace is also collecting candy for the event. If you would like to donate some candy there are bins in the narthex of the church as well as in the parish office. 

Trunk or Treat is a safer way to trick or treat as children walk only in a well-lit parking lot and go from car to car rather than house to house. Unlike traditional trick or treating, children do not have to cross dangerous roadways at night but still get to enjoy the fruits of delicious candy.
